We are Maryland’s first Omega Home. That means we’re a community-supported comfort care home where people receiving hospice services can spend their final days surrounded by family and caregivers who truly care.
We partner with local hospice providers, who handle the medical side. We provide the space and the caregivers. That’s what Omega homes do, in the simplest terms: the space and the caregivers.

Mountain Maryland Cares will provide all services free of charge. No family will ever receive a bill. This is only possible through the generosity of people like you. Your gift helps us renovate the home, train volunteers, and prepare to welcome our first guests.
